so you think that the state can print what they like in the press good or bad about you close your bank accounts. make alot of people who you do business with somewhat nervous. and then turn round with a simple sorry it was a mistake when the damage has been done. in any civalised country it would be millions.

Then Your definition of a civilized country is a narrow one. You can't win millions from the federal government in the US without its agreement to pay out. Is the US uncivilized? It's the same with most other countries. Reply to the comment answer

in the us you can claim for having coffe to hot. so your saying if this case was in the us then no compensation. the goverment can and should investigate such cases but not publish it until beyond reasonable doubt
