Hotel Viru turns loss into profit

Is this revenue number (5.4mln) low for a hotel of Viru's size? According to their website, if you just add up standard, superior, and family rooms (and not suites), they have 513 rooms. Based on the revenue numbers, that comes to 28 euros per day per room. I know not all rooms are filled, and also that revenue is comprised of revenue from the hotel restaurants and nighclub (I assume). With that factored in, the revenue per room would be even lower.

So is this the typical economics in the hotel business? I'm not familiar with it at all, but the revenue numbers just seemed low to me as a non-expert. Reply to the comment answer
