The most popular party is Reform Party

Usually the support for party which has won elections is bigger right after elections, but this time Reform Party, appeared from a survey conducted by Emor and ordered by ERR News.

31 pct of people would give their vote to Reform Party if the elections were tomorrow. That is 3 pct more than in September. 30 pct of people would vote for Centre Party, which won local elections in Tallinn. That is 4 pct less than in September.

Pro Patria and Res Publica union was able to grow support by 3 pct to 17 pct. Support for Social Democrats fell to 12 from 14 pct a month earlier.

Emor questioned 749 people across Estonia. The data is based on people with clear preferences. 30 pct couldn’t tell their preference in October.

Local elections in Estonia are far more interesting and tell much more about the country and political preferences, than elections for Riigikogu, as elections to the latter only involve the so-called ruling establishment who happens to speak the ”correct” language of the country.
