Estonian Air to serve the Vilnius route with 10 weekly flights

Estonian Air will increase the weekly frequencies between Tallinn and Vilnius to ten flights a week from 16 November 2009, by adding Monday and Friday evening flights.
At present Estonian Air is operating between Tallinn and Vilnius eight times a week.
„The cabin factor on the Vilnius route has significantly risen during recent months, which shows a very clear demand for direct flights between Tallinn and Vilnius. Our Vilnius route is mainly used by customers who are flying for business purposes; who value fast connections, convenience and good services. So our goal is toprovide it to them,“ says Rauno Parras, Estonian Air’s acting Vice President Commercial.

Flights will be operated by 33-seater SAAB 340 aircraft with one on board service class. A light meal of sandwich and a soft drink is served. All flights with SAAB 340 are operated by Estonian Air Regional, a 100% owned subsidiary of Estonian Air.
