Ministers: Estonian-Russian trade set to improve

At a meeting with Juhan Parts, Estonian economy minister, Russian transport minister Igor Levitin said it was important to ensure beneficial rates in the rail transit between the two countries and improve air transport logistics as well as an uninterrupted border crossing in road transport.

Minister Levitin said long-term certainty of the continuation of Tallinn-St Petersburg flights would have to be ensured. In view of the growing trade and tourism between Estonia and Russia, logistics between the two countries should be improved.
