Paper: Estonia may buy four Eurocopter helicopters

Andrei Hvostov writes in Eesti Ekspress weekly that the government is reportedly considering a plan to buy four Eurocopter NH90 helicopters for the defence forces at a cost of between 16 and 26 million euros a helicopter.
Hvostov writes that since the helicopters can take only 20 people on board they would have little benefit for the Estonian Air Force but would be great to look at.
He adds that following the acquisitions of Pasi armoured vehicles for the land-based units and British mine trawlers for the Navy, it seems that it is now simply the turn of air force to get some new iron.
