Estonian Air, Enterprise Estonia launch joint campaign
14.09.2012, 11:11In a joint campaign launched this week, Estonian Air and Enterprise Estonia are attracting tourists from Russia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden and Norway to visit Estonia.
Estonian Air and Enterprise Estonia (EAS) are organising a joint campaign for the five neighbouring markets from 10-23 September. The objective of the campaign is to increase the number of tourists who visit Estonia and to showcase Estonia as a tourist destination.
Marketing Director of the Estonian Tourist Board at Enterprise Estonia Tarmo Mutso says that this is the biggest campaign to promote the nature tourism products of Estonia. The focus is on nature holiday options and the ten most interesting places in Estonia will be highlighted. Those who are interested in these options are directed to the Travel Planner, where they can put together an itinerary that suits them best.
"Estonia has a lot to offer tourists in autumn," said Mutso. "The amazingly colourful bogs, bird watching and migration, bear watching in the Alutaguse forests and kayaking between the islets of Hiiumaa are all unique experiences."
"We are highly dependent on how well Estonia is known abroad and this is why such joint marketing with Enterprise Estonia is extremely important," said Rauno Parras, Chief Commercial Officer at Estonian Air. "Cooperation projects like this help us increase people's awareness of Estonia as a travel destination, which in its turn allows us to offer better flight connections," added Parras.
Estonian Air offers direct flights to 23 destinations.
