Copterline to re-launch Helsinki-Tallinn route in October
20.09.2012, 12:33Finnish helicopter taxi company Copterline is relaunching flights between Helsinki (Heinasaari) and Tallinn (Linnahall) in October, after a three-month hiatus, writes Kauppalehti.
Copterline stopped service in June as its helicopter went into maintenance for three months. Every four years, the maintenance works are more extensive, just like this time, said Copterline's main owner and CEO Kari Ljungberg.
The next break will be after Christmas and before January 6. After that flights continua as usual.
Ljungberg said that the demand for the flights is high and this year the company will have around 18,000 passengers. This year's turnover will amount to around 2.5-3 million euros.
